Because our products (such as worksheets, answer keys, and video walkthroughs) are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of use or misunderstanding of the material
Access Issues
If you have trouble accessing your purchased content (such as restricted pages or downloads), please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Process

Exchanges
